What are your shipping fees?

Shipping and returns are always complimentary within the U.S. Shipping is complimentary for overseas orders over $200 but there are no returns for overseas orders.


I changed my mind - how do I change or cancel my order?

To cancel an order that you have recently submitted, please email our Customer Service at info@lagunaeyewear.com and we will do our best to stop your order from processing and shipping. If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once the shipping process has been initiated.

Why does the item I received look different than the photo on the website?

The colors on your computer screen may appear slightly different than the actual product due to variations of computer monitors. In addition, Acetate is comprised of individual custom layers resulting in each frame produced having unique patterns distinct to each finished product and therefore not identical to the frame pictured online.


How do I know the correct size for sunglasses?

For more than 90% of people, standard size is the correct fit. It is very likely the correct fit for you too. We have suggestions based on whether your face is round, oval, square or heart shaped, as welll as how to measure for your bridge, temple and eye.


How should I take care of my sunglasses?

How long should it take for my sunglasses to arrive?

Typical ground delivery takes 3-7 business days to arrive (not including weekends and holidays). When your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

For security reasons we only ship to home and businesses addresses, not to PO Boxes.


What countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

If I send sunglasses as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No. Only a packing list without prices will be included in the package.
