We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on both online orders and returns to our customers within the continental US. We charge a $15 flat rate fee for ground shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 12pm PST Monday through Thursday, or Friday before 10am PST.
Expedited shipping is available at additional cost depending on your order and location. Orders must be received with credit authorization before 12pm PST Monday through Friday to upgrade to 2nd Day or Next Day. Orders received after 12pm PST may not be processed until the following business day.
Business days are a Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal holidays. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following business day.
INTERNET REFUNDS
We will gladly accept all returns for items (except special orders) ordered through WWW.LAGUNAEYEWEAR.COM within 10 days of the date you receive your order. Frames must be returned unworn and in new condition in order to receive the full credit.

Please complete this Return Authorization Form and we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package. We do not accept returns without an RA number to ensure that a full refund is credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. It may take up to ten business days to show up on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Our affiliated brick and mortar retail stores (SIMPLE LAGUNA, SIMPLE LA JOLLA and SIMPLE SONO) accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase date. All items must be unworn and in new condition with original receipt.

We include a prepaid return label with your order - just affix the label on the outside of the package and send it back - return shipping is on us! Only items purchased through WWW.LAGUNAEYEWEAR.COM can be returned to our online facility. Any items you purchased through our brick and mortar retail stores or our wholesale partners, must be returned to the place of purchase and will be subject to their return policies.
Our brick and mortar retail stores accept returns for exchange or store credit only within ten days of the original purchase date. All items must be in like-new condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
